Here’s a place where I list websites/blogs/organizations/publications that inspire me. In case you were wondering.
Young Life – this ministry has been a big part of my life for the past fourteen years. It’s about incarnational ministry – taking the truth of Jesus’ love into the world of teenagers and young adults through relationships. It’s legit and I love it. I hope I get to continue to serve for many years to come.
Salem Chapel – my church in Winston-Salem that I have come to cherish very much. These people love the Lord, value community, pursue service and long to share the Truth and Love with our city.
RELEVANT – I really enjoy reading these articles, anything from thoughts on life to culture to God to the church to politics. I feel like it keeps my finger on the pulse of the world from a perspective that is inclusive and thoughtful and caring.
The Art of Simple – a fun blog community about, you guessed it, living simpler. Great tips and stories. The founder Tsh Oxenreider is a solid writer and I love reading her blog as well. And I think we would be great friends (just saying).
